The 25th Baltic Sea Parliamentary Conference will commence on 28 August in Riga.
In honour of the Silver Jubilee of the organisation, an Anniversary Booklet reflecting on the past 25 years since the foundation of the BSPC in 1991 has been published. It will be distributed at the Riga conference and can also be accessed on the BSPC webpage.
