Report on the exercise of the observer status at HELCOM 2018 issued

In preparation of the 27^th Baltic Sea Parliamentary Conference in Mariehamn on 26 – 28 August 2018, the BSPC’s Observers at HELCOM, Sylvia Bretschneider, President of the Landtag Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Saara-Sofia Sirén, Member of the Finnish Parliament, have issued their report on HELCOM-related developments and activities.
