All information related to the mandate, meetings, programmes and reports of the WG SCIRPD will be made available on this page:https://www.bspc.net/working-groups/bspc-working-group-on-strengthening-cyber-and-information-resilience-to-promote-democracy-wg-scirpd-2025-2027 In addition, the notes have been distributed and are attached. The meeting is invited to approve the draft notes from the meeting on 12-13 October 2025 in Tallinn. 4.WG’s Draft Report and Proposals Attachment 4.1. Draft Report of the WG SCIRPD Following the inaugural meeting of the BSPC WG on 12-13 October 2025 in Tallinn, the draft report has been updated. It incorporates proposals for 1) recommendations of the WG; and 2) text of the report to be updated regularly. The meeting is invited to discuss proposals for recommendations and the text of the report. 5.Meeting Plan of the WG Attachment 5.1. Meeting plan of the WG During the inaugural meeting of the BSPC WG, the meeting plan of the working group was established. There is a need to update the meeting plan with the plans for the next meetings. The meeting is invited to agree on the date, venue and theme for the meetings (at least for the third meeting of the Working Group, but as far as possible in the meeting plan). 6.Events, Invitations and Relevant Materials This agenda item refers to events to which the BSPC or the WG have received invitations, but also draws attention to events and materials which may be of particular thematic interest to the members of the WG. TBC The meeting is invited to take note of the information and to provide additional hints to current and upcoming events and materials of particular interest for the WG. 7.Any Other Business Possibility for comments and other proposals.
