The objective is to improve Baltic Sea region competitiveness and innovation.Lead: Sweden, Lithuania. | Elaboration of development concepts of innovative activities in the subjects within the North-West Federal DistrictLead: interested bodies of executive power of the subjects of the Russian FederationDeadline for finalization: 2012-20207.5. setting up a Baltic Science Link. This could be accomplished by building a strong network between universities, research institutes and industries in the region, i.e. the Baltic Science Link. Already strong research fields in the region would form the core of these scientific clusters.Lead: Swedish Research Council. | Elaboration of orders for high technological innovative products produced in universities of the Russian Federation within the NWFD by regional economy’s enterprises.Lead: interested bodies of executive power of the subjects of the Russian FederationDeadline for finalization: 2012-2020Slide 16:I.
