Hamburg Airport is well -connected tothe center of town as well as the conference venue and hotels .Taxi fare is approximately EUR 20 -25.The organisers will provide transportation from Scandic Hamburg Emporio hotel to the venues of meetings and cultural events. Transportation forparticipants accommodated at Steigenberger and Sofitel hotels departs fromthe Town Hall, as they are in direct vicinity. Participants are kindly asked to present theirbadges upon entry into the Town Hall. Member of staff will note y our arrival.Participants are kindly asked to wear their badges throughout the event. If abadge is lost, please contact the organisers immediately.DOCUMENTS The draft resolution of the Conference will be sent to participants by the BSPCSecretariat. These cards will be provided in smallstacks on the tables in the Grand Hall, where the plenary takes place.
