Allocateresources towardssustainable energy. Rethinkthe regional power grid ,prioritising its modernisationand smart optimisation instorage and distribution.Priorities a just transition byworking together to lowerenergy prices , build trust ininstitutions , and support fragilecommunities . Additionally, it iscrucial to provide strongsupport for those whose jobsmay be at risk due to the greentransition by reskilling them,ensuring that no one is leftbehind as we move toward amore sustainable future.Energy and youth participationIntegrating youth perspectives intoregional energy policy processes:Youth organisations should be given apermanent and supported place indecision -making processes in theBaltic Sea Region .
